The Stock Exchange has received a message from Soundwill Holdings Limited 
which is reproduced as follows:-

"We refer to the Soundwill Holdings Limited Results Announcement Form 
dated 21 April 2004.  Due to a clerical error, the amount of "Diluted 
EPS" for the current year is revised from "HK$0.9816" to "HK$0.9819"."
